We are a highly reputable Hyundai main dealer Est 1983. This is the only online Hyundai Genuine Parts supplier in Ireland. Our relationship with Hyundai Ireland and part's distributors allows us to negotiate excellent rates on all Hyundai parts for all makes and models.

What parts do you supply?

We supply Hyundai parts for passenger and commercial vehicles.

How do I order and ask about parts for my Hyundai?

Just fill out the information required in the Quote Request form or contact us by phone and state which parts that you are looking for. We will email you with part details pricing and delivery time within a working day. If you are happy with the offer you can proceed to payment with your credit card through Paypal. This information will be on our return invoice. All credit card information is protected we have a secured server for sending payment by Paypal over the Internet to Danske Banke.

Why do we need to supply the car registration number in my response?

We ask for the Car registration number for Irish registered vehicles only because our computer generated catalogues use them to extract important information such as; production dates, model classifications and engine types. We do not give this information out to anyone else except for use by our department. By supplying this number at the beginning, "On our quote request form" we save a step in communication, a lot of times we have to request it later to verify parts applications etc. If your vehicle is not an Irish registration please provide us with the vehicles VIN number (17 digit chassis number).

What can I expect once I have placed my order?

We typically process orders as they are received in our secure server between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once we receive your order, we find the required part that is compatible with your make and model, check our warehouse and Hyundai Ireland for availability, allocate the great price and include vat, then send you a fully detailed quotation plus any promotions offered and delivery time. If you wish to proceed with the order we will issue you a Paypal invoice or you can contact us directly to organise payment.

What are the returns our policy and procedures?

To return a part(s) We need your order number, name, email address and the part number you wish to return along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name. All returns must be packaged properly. We are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper handling. All parts must be returned within 7 days of placing your order with us.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. Everything is included in our parts invoice from vat to part details to delivery time.
